About This Content Mars PackThe Solar Redout Racing League, the fastest racing league ever created, landed on Mars! The complex is situated in the Arabia Terra continent and the Red Planet shines with its dusty deserts and weird rock formations. The low gravity (approximately 38% of Earth's) played a major role in experimenting verticality and driving on the exterior of the common racing tubes, bringing back a true classic of the arcade racing genre.Mars Pack adds:- The Mars Environment, with 5 shiny new tracks and a new challenging boss track;- Two new unlocked liveries for each team - that's 48 new unlocked liveries;- Twenty brand new career events.MultiplayerOnly the host during a multiplayer game will require the DLC to let anyone try it! 7aa9394dea Title: Redout - Mars PackGenre: RacingDeveloper:34BigThings srlRelease Date: 7 Jul, 2017 Redout - Mars Pack Patch redout enhanced edition mars pack. redout mars pack really nice well executed, very readable yet still challenging tracks; I would say easily the best in the game, the variety in them, the in your face guitar that plays when youre zipping around at max speed.. Mars is by far the best DLC amongst the 3 released. The tracks are incredibly fun and have huge verticality even by Redout standards, they introduce a new terrain in the form of the tubular tracks except you race on the outside. I find the tracks to be perfect difficulty-wise, having plenty of turns and verticality while not being excessively punishing (looking at you, Alaska), and hard to master since some turbo pads can be hard to hit. Aesthetics wise the environment is somewhat drab (surprise, it's Mars), but the track and buildings add some much needed vibrancy. In addition, Mars has in my opinion the best track in the entire game (including all DLCs) in the form of Spirit. This track has it all: fairly tight turns, large jumps, a loop, but the best part for me is that most of the track only has guard rail on one side, so you risk falling off but can always steer hard into the railing to prevent that, so it's hard to master yet not too punishing for newer players. It provides the thrill of being literally on-edge without the frustration of constantly falling off. My only regret is that they didn't make more tracks like this.edit: Space Exploration pack is released and tracks in that DLC are of roughly equal quality but harder. I would still recommend Mars but Space Exploration Pack is a good buy too.. Awesome tracks, awesome soundtracks. <3. Best DLC track pack to date. The Mars tracks introduce racing around the outside of tubes as a new mechanic and it feels great, invoking a lot of F-Zero memories. The tracks are also fairly lengthy with several hitting around 1:10 - 1:20 to make a full lap, which is welcome addition to some of the shorter tracks in other packs. If you love Redout this is absolutely worth picking up.. Great tracks, good music. Solid DLC. Mars is simply spectacular and quite possibly the most essential purchase of all of Redout's amazing DLC offerings. The tracks themselves are some of the most unique in the entire game, as the developers have thrown in tons of unique features not found in any other locations. 90 degree vertical jumps, guardrail-less loops, sections driving on natural terrain and inverted tube sections where you're placed on the outside of the cylinder are just some of the devious combinations that you\u2019ll drive on in the five circuits. The tracks are extremely expansive as well, covering a huge amount of area and providing some of the longest lap times in the entire game. The environment is absolutely gorgeous as well, with the bright arid skies drenching the track in a toxic yellow glow that perfectly compliments the track's metallic sheen and green\/turquoise accents. The music tracks are sublime as well- the Western-sounding rock guitars blend perfectly with the synthesized techno cadence. Overall, I can\u2019t recommend enough, as this has become an essential DLC to enjoying the full Redout experience!. OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD
